GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The Parittyaház – hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider – informs that the General Terms and Conditions – hereinafter referred to as GTC – are automatically accepted by the contracting party – hereinafter referred to as the Guest – upon submitting the intention to make a reservation.

The Guesthouse

The house can be booked for a maximum of 7 people and for a minimum of 2 nights.
Only pre-registered persons are allowed to stay at the accommodation during the reservation period.
We cannot accept pets at the accommodation.

Procedure and conditions for requesting a quote and booking accommodation

The Service Provider only accepts booking intentions indicated in writing – by e-mail or by filling out the booking form on the website.
When requesting a quote on the reservation form or by email, please provide the following information: number of guests, arrival/departure time, name and email address of the person making the reservation.
The Guest is responsible for the correctness of the data provided on the booking form or email. If, based on the data provided by the Guest, it is not possible to confirm the reservation or to make contact before arrival, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
The reservation becomes valid after the written acceptance of the price offer and the payment of 40% of the accommodation fee by the deadline.
The Guest must accept the offer in writing within 3 days of sending the price offer.
The Guest must pay 40% of the accommodation fee within 3 working days after accepting the price offer.
The validity of the reservation is confirmed by the Service Provider by email confirmation, from which date the reservation is considered legal.
If, after the expiration of the deadlines, the Guest does not accept the price offer and does not fulfill the obligation to pay the accommodation fee, the Service Provider considers the reservation invalid and makes the date indicated in the reservation available to others again.

Prices

Our prices are in HUF, per night, which includes the use of the entire house, the yard, and the parking lot.
According to the settlement regulations, there is no obligation to pay tourist tax.
The Service Provider is entitled to freely change the prices published on the www.parittyahaz.hu website at any time without prior notification. This does not apply to price offers already sent to the Guest.
When announcing the prices, the Service Provider is obliged to indicate the tax content of the prices – so e.g. tourist tax – amount determined by law. In the event of a change in the law, the Service Provider is entitled to transfer the additional charges to the contracting party and/or the guest without prior notice.

Payment methods

The accommodation fee can be paid by bank transfer and/or cash on site.
Please indicate the reservation name and the reservation period in the comments section.
In case of bank transfer, we expect the accommodation fee to the following account number:

Cancellation policy

The parties are obliged to notify the cancellation of the reservation in writing, which the Guest can do via the email address provided by the Service Provider. If the written cancellation is not made, the Service Provider is not obliged to refund the accommodation fee.
If the reservation is canceled outside of 30 days, the Service Provider, after charging a 1% handling fee, will return the entire amount of the advance payment to the account number specified by the Guest within 10 days of the cancellation.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 30 days, the Service Provider will refund 50% of the total amount of the accommodation fee paid by the Guest to the account number provided by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 14 calendar days, the Service Provider is not obliged to refund the paid accommodation fee.

Modification conditions

Time change

The Guest is entitled to change the date of the reservation, the cost of which is HUF 5,000/occasion. If the Guest notifies the intention to change the reservation in writing no later than 14 calendar days before arrival, the full amount of the already paid advance will be included in the value of the new date. In this case, the Guest can use the paid accommodation fee within 6 months from the date of the amendment request.
If the Guest indicates the request to change the date within 14 calendar days before arrival, the Service Provider will only include the already paid advance in the price of the reservation within 6 months if the canceled date is resold. If this is not met, the Service Provider will not refund the advance payment.
If the Guest leaves the accommodation before the end of the reservation – for reasons beyond the fault of the Service Provider – then the price of the accommodation fee is not refundable.

Changing the number of guests

If there is a change in the number of guests compared to what was specified at the time of booking (more or fewer people would come), please let us know in writing as soon as possible so that we can properly prepare the house.
If

if there is a change in the person of the guest compared to the data provided at the time of booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

If the reservation cannot be fulfilled due to the fault of the Service Provider, the Service Provider will compensate the Guest with accommodation of a similar duration and value.

Arrival Departure

The accommodation can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
You must leave the accommodation no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Early arrival and late departure are only possible by prior arrangement, depending on availability.
If the Guest does not leave the accommodation by 11:00 a.m. without prior consultation, the Service Provider may oblige the Guest to pay the accommodation fee for that day.

Login/Logout

Occupancy and departure of the accommodation takes place without the presence of the Service Provider, personal key handover is possible upon request.
The guest receives the key of the accommodation in the manner agreed upon by email before arrival, and returns it when leaving the accommodation.

Harm

The entire area of the accommodation, its external and internal equipment and all its accessories are the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
If the Guest damages or steals the property of the Service Provider, as well as does not comply with the rules, the Guest may face legal sanctions and may be liable for compensation.

Other

All guests can use the entire area of the accommodation at their own risk, subject to compliance with the House Rules.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the service.
In exceptional cases, the Service Provider may establish conditions different from those described above based on a mutual written agreement with the Guest.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the GTC.

With the reservation request (by paying the accommodation fee), the Guest acknowledges that he has read the above General Terms and Conditions and accepts them.
