Dear Guests!

We hope you enjoy your stay during your holiday. We will do our utmost to ensure that you are not disturbed in any way. If, despite our best efforts, you notice any disturbance that you are not happy with, please contact the accommodation without delay. In order to maintain the condition, tidiness and cleanliness of the accommodation and its furnishings, please refrain from any activity that you would not do in your own home.

Accommodation is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 11.00 on the day of departure. On request, a personal key can be handed over on arrival/departure.

The accommodation is only available to the number of guests agreed in advance

Guests are only allowed with the knowledge and consent of the host.

Payment:

Payment is due before departure. If for any reason you leave the accommodation before the end of the period you have pre-booked, you are still obliged to pay the accommodation fee for the nights booked.

There is no obligation to pay tourist tax according to municipal regulations.

Payment methods: cash, bank transfer.

Use of Parking:

Parking is possible in front of the house or in the courtyard.

No major repairs or maintenance may be carried out on the vehicle in the parking area. Minor repairs and maintenance are allowed as long as the cleanliness of the area is not compromised.

Smoking:

Smoking and open flame use inside the building is strictly FORBIDDEN!

We kindly ask our guests who smoke not to litter the courtyard and the whole area of the guesthouse, but to collect cigarette butts and put them in the cigarette holder. 

Use of rooms and furnishings:

Please use the furnishings as intended! It is forbidden to take furniture and equipment out of the house!

Upon departure, the rooms will be inspected and in case of damage, the costs will be reimbursed to the guest on the spot.

We respectfully ask you not to smear insects on the wall surfaces.

No flammable or explosive materials, transport equipment (bicycles, motorbikes, etc.) may be brought into the rooms.

When leaving the room, please make sure that the electricity is off and the taps are turned off.

If you notice any malfunctions, please report them immediately, we cannot accept any claims afterwards.

In case of loss of the front door and room keys, the guest is obliged to inform the host immediately and to pay the costs (unlocking, changing the lock, etc.)

Meals:

The accommodation is self-catering. The guest house has a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare simple meals.

Please do not place any metal objects in the microwave.

Please do not eat in the rooms, only in the kitchen or on the outdoor terrace. 

Cleaning:

The rooms are clean and tidy, if there is a problem with cleanliness please let us know, we cannot accept any subsequent complaints. No cleaning will be done during your stay, only on request. For stays longer than one week, cleaning is once a week, with change of bed linen and towels.

Waste treatment:

Household rubbish can be collected in the kitchen and in the bathroom bins for rooms. 

If necessary, larger waste can be placed in the green door room.

Garbage should not be left in corridors, behind doors, in communal areas. 

Fire building, cooking:

Fires may only be built in the designated fire pit area using the available woodpile.

After building a fire, guests are requested to remove all rubbish and pour off the embers.

We will provide a fire pit with a stand (gas burner) and a mobile barbecue on request.

Services:

Parking is free for guests. The courtyard is free of charge.

WiFi is free of charge and the password is available on the router.

Travel cots, bath tubs and high chairs for babies can be provided upon request.

Detergent is not provided. A portable clothes drying rack is available in the green door storage room.

An iron and ironing board are available on request.

During the heating season, guests can control the temperature independently with a portable thermostat.

The guest house does not have air conditioning. During the summer heat, the windows and doors must be kept closed during the day to keep the house cool.

From spring to late autumn there are many insects, so please always close the mosquito net door behind you.

The hostel does not have a wellness area.

Pets are not allowed.  

Others:

Valuables left in the room can be kept for 2 months and will be posted to the address provided on the date indicated.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible and will not pay any compensation for damage caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power cuts, damage to parking spaces, etc.).
